For 39 years ProCAT has been here to serve you and address the needs and demands of this growing field, including students, schools, CART and captioning. We are continuing to work diligently to provide products that address the needs of our changing market.

At ProCAT, we are taking safety precautions, following health guidelines, and continuing to serve you. We are providing incoming students with writer and software support to keep the industry moving forward toward the goals we have all been working so diligently to achieve. We are taking care of our clients’ needs, both in writer service, technical assistance, and processing new orders.

Many have reached out to us with the need to update their equipment to enable them to work remotely. We have flexible plans available to help you with this. We have come together with our finance group to create 0% financing with deferred payments, as well as some other payment options. Following are a few of the things that we have in place to help you:

  • CasePad.Cloud – Enables you to handle remote depositions through a virtual meeting room while having control of your work product.
  • 0% Interest and 90 day deferred payments – If you need to update your writer or software, this will allow you to get the tools you need without having to worry about a payment for 3 months.
  • ProCAT Winner Subscription – If you are on outdated software, but need the benefits and capabilities of today’s technology, we offer a convenient subscription plan that gives you monthly, quarterly, or yearly billing options.
  • Winner Upgrades/Support – We are offering payment plans to assist you in upgrading your current Winner software. Contact us and let us assist you in finding what works best for you.
