The 2020 Virtual Winners’ Retreat ended up being more successful than most in-person conferences over the past several years.  We are thankful for our clients for participating in the virtual seminars, and despite some technical difficulties, everyone enjoyed the experience and walked away for more ways to use their software efficiently.

We have always reviewed the survey responses and learned from them and made the next seminar even better.  The result of the user surveys is reflected in our agenda for the 2021 ProCAT Winners’ Retreat.  We will cover the topics that meet your needs and more importantly are reflective of the times we live in. We are confident that you will benefit from these seminars for a long time to come.  Additionally, the trainers include expert staff, as well as working reporters who use these features and will share their real-life experiences with you.

The survey also indicated the majority of the attendee will prefer the virtual due to the lingering pandemic.  We have scheduled another virtual Winners’ Retreat for this year.  We recognize there are a lot of people who are ready to travel and meet with their colleagues.  We plan to offer a hybrid Winners’ Retreat in 2022.
