Description

Annual support plans
for your
ProCAT Winner software

(Please choose the proper plan):

Standard (Perpetual License Only*):

Unlimited technical support services will be available to you from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday during your time zone.  The support plan also entitles you to a $50 discount for one qualified ProCAT Advanced Training Seminar or Winners’ Retreat during the plan year only.  There will be a surcharge for support services outside this window.  We are closed for the National Holidays.

Standard Annual Subscription:

Unlimited technical support services will be available to you from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday (your time zone).    There will be a surcharge for support services outside this window.  We are closed for the National Holidays.

Standard Scopist (Perpetual License Only*):

This plan offers unlimited technical assistance, during business hours, and software updates to our valued professional scopists and those offering scoping services under a personal license to an individual court reporter.  A valid scoping support plan is required to be able to participate in a ProCAT cloud-based remote editing session.

Standard Scopist Subscription

This plan offers unlimited technical assistance, during business hours, and software updates to our valued professional scopists on an annual subscription plan and those offering scoping services under a personal license to an individual court reporter.  A valid scoping support plan is required to be able to participate in a ProCAT cloud-based remote editing session.

Extended Support (Perpetual License Only*):

Technical services will be offered from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. during your time zone.  There will be a surcharge for support services outside this window.  We are closed for the National Holidays.

Premier Support:

Technical services are available Monday through Sunday 24 hours per day — excepting National Holidays. The Premier support plan also entitles you to a $50 discount for one qualified ProCAT Advanced Training Seminar or Winners’ Retreat during the plan year only.

* Perpetual license refers to those licenses which are fully paid at the time of purchase in contrast to an annual subscription payment.

NOTE: Prices and plans described above assume the continuation of an existing plan.  There may be a surcharge for a lapse in your current support plan.

Terms and Conditions:  Technical support plans are optional. However, if you do not have a valid support plan, you must pay a minimum fee of $85 per issue/hour during our business hours, or $125 per call during our off hours.
The plans described above entitle only the named policyholder to receive the services described above. This is an individual plan, it does not cover an entire agency/firm’s employees/contractors. Support plans are not transferable. We cannot accept calls from alternate callers. Support plans are available for your scopists at a discounted rate.  Please call our Customer Service Department for information regarding registering your scoper.  Support Plans are required to qualify to use ProCAT CasePad.Cloud or the Cloud Remote Editing features. 

These plans DO NOT cover the maintenance of your writer, computer, and printer. Please contact their respective manufacturers to obtain an appropriate maintenance plan. Any software update provided in accordance with the terms of these plans is for the exclusive use of the named policyholder. Software updates and upgrades will be provided in accordance with the terms and conditions of the original Purchase Agreement and Single-User Software Licensing Agreement.
