Restrictions: ProCAT Winner Personal Scopist (Edit-Only/Transcriber) Edition is for our valued clients in need of additional software licensing to use on an additional computer or to share with their private scopist.  You may purchase only one (1) license if you already own a Professional ProCAT Winner license for steno or voice edition.  The license must be purchased by the court reporter who owns the professional license.  Technical support services are not available to the person using the Personal Scopist license.   Only one Personal Scopist license may be purchased per full professional licensing key.  You may use the Personal Scopist Edition to edit, proofread, or prepare a transcript for the licensed professional repoter.  You must purchase a separate technical support policy to use the Personal Scopist Edition with our remote editing cloud service.
