ProCAT Impression Drivers and Documentation kit.   Purchase and download an updated kit for your ProCAT Impression.  Please visit the ProCAT Clients Resource Center, if you are currently on an active service plan, to download the kit free of charge.  The kit includes:

  • ProCAT WriterSync — needed to upload your dictionary to the writer, configure writer features, download files, etc.
  • RT Port Driver — enable the realtime from the USB client port (blue connector).
  • Client Port Installer — allocates a com port to the USB Type B (Client) connector.
  • Users’ Reference Guide

Exclusions:

  • Technical support is not included with the software purchase.  You may combine the software with a one-incident support call and save $25.

From time-to-time, we update the software and drivers for the ProCAT Impression writer.  These updates improve the performance of the writer, enhance existing features, and add additional features.  The updates are free to our clients during the first year of ownership and those who purchase a service plan.  The updates are available here for those who are not qualified for free distribution.  You may add this item to your cart, pay, and download the updates as necessary.  You may also choose to combine your purchase with a support call and/or a physical CD.  We will ship a CD to you if you include this option.  Please contact (800) 966 1221 if you have purchased the optional installation support call.
