These maintenance and support plans offer you peace of mind that your writer will be always in tip-top shape with the latest software updates.
We offer two plans each with varying degrees of services. Please read the options below to choose the plan that will meet your personal needs.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Support plans are available to the original owners only. Please call our customer service department (818) 222-5010 to verify ownership and purchase a plan.  It is important to note that your order will NOT be confirmed if your current plan expired over 15 days prior to the date of this order. The plan terms will start as of the previous expiration date. Existing issues, while off warranty, are excluded. Â
Standard:
You will be entitled to all software updates during the plan period and unlimited technical support services from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m Monday through Friday (your time-zone). This plan covers all parts and materials (excluding the consumable parts) during the plan period. This plan does not include preventative maintenance or overhauls (cleaning). You will pay for shipping to ProCAT. ProCAT will cover all shipping and insurance charges to return the writer back to you. This plan is not transferable.
Premier:
The Premier plan includes a free loaner writer, for your use while the writer is being fixed, in addition to the above services described above.
Terms and Conditions: Writer Maintenance and Support plans are optional.  However, if you do not have a valid plan, you must pay a minimum fee of $50 per issue/hour during our business hours, or $125 per call during our off hours for technical assistance. There is a $100 shop minimum for diagnostics and repairs. The shop fee will be applied to the final repair charge.
The plans described above entitle only the named policyholder to receive the services described above. This is an individual plan, it does not cover an entire agency/firm’s employees/contractors. Maintenance plans are not transferable. We cannot accept calls from alternate callers.Â
Any software update provided in accordance with the terms of these plans is for the exclusive use of the named policyholder. Software updates and upgrades will be provided in accordance with the terms and conditions of the original Purchase Agreement and Single-User Software Licensing Agreement.Â
