Why Voice Writing?

Voice writing is an innovative approach to transcription in which skilled professionals use their voice, coupled with cutting-edge speech recognition technology, to convert spoken words into written text in real-time.

Voice writing allows simultaneous speech and transcription, offering efficiency and accuracy similar to court reporting using a stenotype machine. However, unlike steno court reporters, you could become a certified court reporter in a fraction of the time because you are using English rather than learning to use a stenography theory to produce a verbatim record.

Becoming a voice court reporter offers a host of benefits. Firstly, it provides stability and job security due to the ongoing demand for accurate legal transcripts. The profession also offers flexibility, with opportunities for freelance work or traditional employment in state and federal courts.

Court reporters enjoy competitive salaries and the potential for income growth, especially with specialized certifications. Additionally, the role offers intellectual stimulation and exposure to diverse legal proceedings, fostering continuous learning.

Moreover, court reporters play a crucial role in ensuring justice by preserving accurate records of legal proceedings, contributing to the integrity of the legal system.
