Formatting your CF Card
To format the card:
1. Turn the Stylus off.
2. Remove the CF card and insert into the card reader.
3. Windows should automatically open a window displaying the drive
contents.
4. Make a note of the drive letter at the top of the window.
5. Click the Up button (shown as an up pointing arrow over a
older).
6. Right-click over the CF card drive (indicated by the drive
etter), and select Format.
7. Select FAT as the file system instead of FAT32.
8. Click Start.
If you want to purchase another card, they can be obtained from
virtually any computer or electronics store, such as Best Buy, Circuit
City, Staples, etc. You will want to get a "Compact Flash card". If
you are recording audio, you should get at least 1024 MB (or 1 GB)
capacity.
