Which protocol is compatible with SummationBlaze?

SummationBlaze is another realtime browser which has been developed by Summation Legal Technologies in San Francisco, California.

Follow the steps listed below to setup your Winner to communicate with Summation:

  1. Click the Realtime button on the main menu

  2. Click the Setup button

  3. Select the "Workstation" tab

  4. Choose the "CaseView by Stenograph" protocol

  5. Select a communications port

  6. The default communication speed is set for 9600 baud.  It is very important to match the communication speed to the same selection made by the attorney on his or her computer.   It is our understanding that Summation works at any speed, as long as the speed at the sending and receiving ends match.

  7. Click the OK button to save your options

NOTE: SummationBlaze requires a special serial cable.  Please contact the vendor for the cable specifications.
