Microsoft Windows 8 Readiness Statement
We are writing to inform our valued Winner users (steno and voice editions) that we have completed Windows 8 compatibility tests with ProCAT Winner version 12.x.x. We are pleased to inform you that Winner 12 has successfully passed our scrutiny.It is; however, very important to point out that there are several variations of Windows 8. The most import disctinction is the new Windows RT which has been designed to work with the Microsoft ARM tablets -- commmonly know as Surface. Winner is not compatible with the Windows RT operating system.
