Using Vocabulary Expander 1. Right Click on the Cat eyes. 2. Click Preferences. 3. Click Vocabulary Expander. 4. Remove the Check mark for Adapt to writing style. 5. Click Next. 6. Click Add Document. 7. Select the Location of files. 8. Select the file. 9. Click Open. 10. Repeat Step 6-9 to add additional files. 11. Once you are done, Click Next. 12. Dragon is now analyzing the document for any errors. 13. Click Next (ONLY if you see a Green Check mark). Special Note: if there’s a red “X” then the document is corrupted, click back and select a different one. 14. Click Uncheck All 15. Insert a check mark on words you would like to train. 16. If you would like to edit a word Click Edit. Special note: if you would like to continue Click Next Skip Step 17 and 18 and continue on to 19. 17. In the “Edit Word” window. A. You can lowercase Written form or change it. B. You can add spoken form. 18. Click ok. 19. Click Next, when ready to train. 20. Insert a check mark on words you would like to Train. 21. Click Train.
